• jeg3698 posted 1 month ago rate it: good poor Yeah i think they should have left TCM alone and not remade it just because the original is so grainy and low budget it almost seems like your watching one of these sick fucks videotape the entire thing, i can still remember the first time i saw the movie. Everyone always looks back and says that it was one of the most disgusting gory movies ever but there really isn't a whole lot of gore in it they leave all of that up to you in the original and that's what made it so disturbing, you dont get that any more. Like the scene where he grabs the girl and puts her on the meat hook, you dont see it go in so it makes you think about it, the her watching Leatherface cut the guy up with the chainsaw with objects conveniently placed to keep you from seeing and they pan up to her making you think wtf does she see, they make you feel there pain instead of seeing it. reply
